A couple of updates for the AGM, which is being held on Zoom on Saturday 5th September at 11am.
- An updated version of the Annual Reports has been published
2. AGM Agenda item 6 is amended to the following wording, for the sake of clarification from the 2018 meeting:
6. Approve the following resolution: to incorporate the Southern Counties Archery Society as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Governing Document as published on the website, and for the Executive to register the CIO with the Charities Commission.
