Policies and Proceedures

SCAS agrees policies from time to time, and those currently available in electronic format are included here for reference.

The Constitution and Rules

The governing document for SCAS is the Constitution and Rules. The Constitution has been amended in 2021 as a result of the Society being awarded Charitable Incorporated Institution and can be viewed here.

Finance policies and grant forms

SCAS has adopted some financial policies to clarify, for example, grants and loans. The current policies, together with grant application forms, are listed on the Finances and fees page.

Complaints and disciplinary policy

Formal complaints are rare in SCAS but need to be handled promptly, fairly and with due confidentiality. To assist proper handling of complaints in line with the constitution, SCAS Regional Council has adopted the disciplinary policy below.

Safeguarding

SCAS follows all the safeguarding guidelines laid down by Archery GB and which are available on the Archery GB Website for download.

Should you have any issues or questions about safeguarding then please contact the Safeguarding Officer using the Contact Form
