SCAYT kicks off in the sun at Crystal Palace Bowmen Open

The first event of the Southern Counties Archery Youth Tour saw over 40 under 21 archers take part in the Crystal Palace Bowmen Open last Sunday (April 17th). Day long sunshine and only a “now you see it, now you don’t” breeze meant it provided a great reminder of the joys of shooting outdoors as spring begins. We will bring you an update with the tour standings listing all who participated, placed and won on Sunday as soon as we have the results in full (with so many juniors and juniors categories to process they take a while!).

The next shoot on the tour is the Andover Saxons Shoot on Sunday April 23rd. The following weekend we have day 2 of the Waterside WA weekend on Sunday April 30th, followed by the Waterside Junior open on May 1st. Places for the latter are still available and entries accepted until Friday April 21st, more details can be found at
