The updated rules for this years Inter Counties Postal League have been published on the Tournaments -> SCAS Inter Counties Postal League page along with the score template to be used.
The main changes are in the dates that scores are valid, that it is Portsmouth only with no distinction between scores shot indoor or outdoors and that the Junior allowances have been adjusted.
