A provisional schedule of shoots for the Southern Counties Archery Youth Tour 2025 is now available on the new SCAYT mini-site Calendar page. Please note that this schedule is provisional at this stage and shoots may be added or removed from the schedule or the dates of shoots may change, particularly for those shoots taking place later in the tour. But as in the prior two years of the tour we have more than 30 shoots making up the tour covering locations all around the SCAS region and with a spread of types of shoots,. ranging from the very beginner friendly up to those for the high-performing archers. The tour concludes with the Final and Southern Counties Junior Championships to be held at Harlequin Bowmen, Didcot on Sunday September 28th 2025.
Remember that to be part of the tour,. all an archer has to do is take part in any of the shoots listed on the tour, and they will automatically become part of the tour standings. As in prior years, we will be offering a partial refund of the entry fee for the SCAYT Final and SCAS Junior Championships for those archers who take part in three shoots on the tour prior to the Final.
In addition to the provisional schedule we have launched a new mini-web-site we will be using for recording scores on the tour and producing the tour standings going forward. Aside from helping us generate those standings, the new site will allow archers to see more clearly how their tour points (and hence place in the standings) have been generated as the tour evolves.
