CONGRATULATIONS to our SCAS 2024 Junior Champions and SCAYT medal winners!

Sunday 29th September saw 80 youth archers competing for the 2024 SCAS Junior Championships and to finalise their positions on the 2024 Southern Counties Archery Youth Tour (2024). The weather at Jobbers Wood, Hertfordshire had a distinctly Autumnal feel even though we avoided the rain! York, Hereford and Bristol rounds were followed by medal presentations for both the SCAS Junior championships (based on the round on the day) and SCAYT (adding the double points for the final day to the points gained previously on the tour).

Many thanks go to Hertfordshire Archery Association, our wonderful judges, and all those who volunteered to help deliver this shoot.

The full list of results for the day and the SCAS Junior Championships winners will shortly be available at:

The final standings for SCAYT with all medal winners marked is available here. Please note that participation in three shoots on the tour (one of which can be the final) is required to be eligible for a medal. If you have been awarded a SCAYT medal but were not able to collect it on Sunday, please email scayt.organiser@scasarchery.org.uk and state the medal you are claiming and the address to which the medal should be posted.

Archers who attended three tour shoots prior to the final are entitled to claim a £10 refund of the entry fee for the final. To make such a claim, please email scayt.organiser@scasarchery.org.uk no later than Friday October 4th.

After a second successful year for the tour we are keen to hear any feedback from archers who have taken part and/or from their parent/guardians. Please email scayt.organiser@scasarchery.org.uk with your thoughts, both good and bad, and we can feed them into the process of designing the tour for next year!
